150 High Street is located on the corner of a prominent road junction within Sevenoaks.  Open Architecture secured planning approval for the expansion of the existing 19^th century building with a carefully considered extension to the rear, that significantly increases the amount of office and retail space in a sensitive and yet contemporary style.
